The breakfast offered a nice variety of foods available for all tastes. The bed was comfortable enough to get a good night's sleep. , the hotel was in a convenient location near restaurants and shops, making it easy to grab a quick bite or pick up a few souvenirs.
The room was shabby and not properly cleaned. The sheets had stains and the carpet was dirty.

I liked the location, the more than helpful and friendly staff and the restaurant. I only had a short one night stay, but I am sure all the other hotel amenities were all first class, based on my experience.

The swimming pool is great in both design and functionality.
The location is a bit out of the way to Taipei City. Fortunately, there is bus service to link the hotel to YuneSan MRT. However, not very sure this service will continues, hopefully it will, after the Taipei Flowers Expo.

We found the location of the hotel very convenient, as it is rather close to both the airport and HSR station. there are plenty of “fast food” stores around, offering economic alternatives to quality restaurants inside the hotel. some guests complained of cigarette-smelling rooms and thin walls. Breakfast options are quite good, and staff is friendly and helpful.
Some aspects of the hotel were not quite satisfactory. A few guests complained about the poor cleanness of the bathroom, with sinks, toilets and showers not properly cleaned.

Spent Christmas at this hotel and had a great time. the room was clean and had a fantastic view of the city. the breakfast was really good, with a wide selection of dishes to choose from. the hotel is conveniently located near a bus stop and a train station, which makes it easy to get around the area. One thing I loved about this hotel was the friendly staff, they were always ready to help with anything I needed.
The only downside to my experience was that the mattress was too hard for my liking. I didn't sleep very well because of it.

I loved staying in this hotel as it is quiet and near the airport. The hotel facilities were great, and I enjoyed using the pool and gym. I had no problem finding transportation to reach the closest MRT station. The staff were excellent and made my stay comfortable.

Upon checking in, I was greeted by a welcoming and attentive staff member who immediately escorted me to my luxurious suite. the room was spacious, elegantly decorated, and equipped with exclusive amenities that fulfilled all my needs. the fine dining restaurant had a diverse menu of delicious cuisines and the in-room breakfast was prompt and delicious. the location advantages were unbeatable, being near the airport and several transportation options.
the health club and steam bath facilities were closed for renovations.
